Eagle Distributing Inc is Hiring a Replenishment Associate Near Grand Island, NE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely restocking of products and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Duties:
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging of goods
- Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
- Stock Replenishment: Execute replenishment activities by retrieving merchandise from storage areas, restocking shelves or bins, and updating inventory records in the system.
- Order Processing: Use our ERP System requests to replenish stock from warehouse inventory based on predetermined reorder points or inventory thresholds.
- Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, or inventory audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies or variances.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition to ensure compliance with purchase orders and inventory specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, replenishment activities, and stock movements. Prepare reports on inventory levels, stockouts, and replenishment performance for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience in replenishment, stock management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as necessary
- Bilingual skills (desired but not required)
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
